What do your clients love most about your performances?
Our friendly approach to helping your event run smoothly.
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
As a band we have performed in numerous wedding venues, hotels, bars, restaurants and taken part in many festivals and carnivals across Wales.
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
We are extremely lucky to have such varied musical tastes within the band.
However, our setlist is heavily influenced by artists from the 80s and 90s that included brass instruments in their repertoire.
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
We have performed many large public events this year (2023) such as Boogie at The Castle (Manorbier Castle) and Tenby Summer Spectacular at Tenby Harbour.
We treat every single event like it's the most high profile one we've been invited to play at, it's important to us!
Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?
Yes.
We strive to make sure the line-up you see is what you get on the night. We do have pre-audititioned 'dep' instrumentalists available in case a band member falls ill but our vocalist is the heart of our band. As a professional band our reputation means everything so you can be confident that all of our players are of a very high level.”
Do you have different line-up options?
Our line up is:
Female vocalist.
Brass Section comprising of trumpet, saxophone and trombone.
Rhythm Section comprising our keyboard, guitar, bass guitar and drums.
We can also perform as a smaller ensemble comprising of vocalist and brass section when space is limited.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We are extremely flexible and happy to accommodate any changes.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Yes of course. This is always a popular request and we are happy to play music through our PA system. We suggest that you create your own playlist and share with us beforehand.
How much time do you need to set up?
We usually set up about 2 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can play background music to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!”
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
A lot of thought and preparation goes into arranging our setlist to allow for smooth transitions and to keep the performance flowing.
However, if you have a specific song that you’d like us to play we’d be happy to play it with prior notice.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
Our PA and lighting system is included in your quote.
It has all been PAT tested and certificates are available on request.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
Yes, if given prior notice to allow for rehearsals etc
