You will have full access to our online planner and access to online meetings, and why not meet us in person at the Fresh HQ? The main thing to bare in mind is that it is your wedding so whatever you are wanting, we can make it happen. šŸŽµ DJ'S Our DJs are very experienced and weā€™ll keep your reception jumpinā€™ all night. Integrating the best sound and lighting which will make your wedding sound and look amazing. No matter which professional wedding entertainer you have on the night, you can be safe in the knowledge that we know how to create an amazing atmosphere! ā¤ļø MEMORIES Looking back for many years to come, one main subject of conversation with your wedding guests will be the memories created, laughter heard and sore feet from the amazing fun that you all have at your wedding. 2023 HOTTEST Wedding Enhancement: ā˜Žļø Phone-O-Gram Audio Guestbook Our new audio guest book captures authentic messages from friends and family at your event! The family member leaves a sentimental, heartfelt message. The cousin that re-tells that ā€œhad to be thereā€ moment from 10 years ago. The drunken bridesmaid is saying something they will probably regret tomorrow (but has now been immortalised forever). Like wedding photos and fine wine, these voicemails will improve with time. How it Works: Your guests pick up the receiver and listen to your personalised pre-recorded host message. After the BEEP they can start recording their messageā€¦ song or rap. After they have finished they simply return the receiver back to its cradle. The recording is then safely stored. After the event, we will retrieve all of the recordings from the night, for you to cherish forever! Got a radio voice? Or something witty to say? Make a customised greeting that plays when your guests pick up the phone! Or play it safe with one of our standard options. Phone-O-Gram is fast becoming the must-have product at weddings and parties. Weā€™ll share our wisdom with you (because weā€™ve learned a lot over the years) while always giving you the final say. We will start you on your planning journey. We will lay out the road to wedding day success, and help you avoid common pitfalls. You will have at least one in-depth planning meeting with us (aka your wedding day ally and wedding guru). During these meetings, youā€™ll get to know us and we will get to know you! Our goal is to capture the essence of your love story in order to make your wedding day uniquely yours. We now offer client meetings, cafe to face in our wedding garden studio, making your wedding experience even better! šŸŽ¤ SKILLED EVENT HOST Every orchestra needs a conductor. Every wedding needs someone to help facilitate every detail on the day of the celebration. We are very detail oriented to ensure a smooth experience throughout your entire wedding including any announcements or formalities. We arenā€™t standup comedians. We are not the stereotypical corny, goofy, game-playing, Peter Kay type Wedding DJ. Donā€™t get us wrong, we ARE interactive DJs, but we avoid uncomfortable, gimmicky tactics in order to make a wedding ā€œfunā€œ. Through training and our DJā€™s skill sets, we are able to achieve an awesome result without outdated, tacky techniques. šŸ”Š PREMIUM SOUND & LIGHTING Chances are, youā€™ve been to a wedding where the music has been too loud or kept cutting out. Maybe youā€™ve been to weddings where the toasts were nearly impossible to hear. At Fresh Entertainments, we utilise high sound systems that can cover medium to large reception areas easily without overpowering guest conversation. Even the most hard of hearing will be able to hear the speeches, and your friends will love the fullness of the dance floor. All sound equipment is included in every one of our packages. šŸ•ŗ DANCE FLOOR LIGHTING Lighting is very important! How important is it, you ask? So important that we include dance floor lighting with every package. Instead of dancing in a dark empty room, we prefer you and your guests enjoy an elevated atmosphere of fun by creating a dance floor experience. With lighting synced to great music, while washing your space in colour, the result is a packed dance floor full of smiles. šŸ’» ONLINE PLANNING TOOLS Maybe youā€™re like us, and would rather not track down an envelope and a stamp. Our booking and planning process takes place entirely online, so you can access it from anywhere. From initial contact to final planning guides, everything is easily accessible and editable (we think thatā€™s a word) from your laptop, tablet, or phone. Of course, if youā€™d prefer to print, thatā€™s always an option.

Our DJ for the evening was Robert and he was incredible, the dance floor was never empty. Communication in the lead up was great and it was good fun putting together our online planner and picking our favourite songs to dance to. Highly reccomend these guys!

Now we have semi recovered from the crazy weekend, we just want to say a massive thank you for giving helping us have the best day of our lives. The process from the beginning right through to the last dance was very easy. Nothing was a hassle for Stuart. Everyone has been raving about how amazing the day was and commenting on the dj saying it was the best dj they have seen at a wedding. Itā€™s been an absolute pleasure to work with you and your attention to the fine details was phenomenal. We loved the dance offs and the dance floor was never empty. My Dad also wanted to say how much of a nice gentleman you were and loved how you made him and others feel comfortable throughout the day. We honestly appreciate everything you done for our wedding. Your pride and passion to the job really shows and all future bride and grooms are lucky to have fresh entertainments at their wedding (unlucky if they donā€™t). What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run-up to the event just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

-

How much time do you need to set up?

Ideally, we would like to access the venue as early as possible to set up but we appreciate this will not always be the case. It takes between 1-2 hours to set up our equipment and 45 minutes to an hour on average to pack up.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Yes, we welcome requests before and on the night. When you place a booking with us we also email you a link to your online planner for you to fill in and tell us about your favourite artists and must-play tracks.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, absolutely! All of our equipment is modern and well kept and we have invested thousands recently to bring our sound and light to an extremely high standard. We update our equipment every 6-8 months to keep our set-up fresh.
