Wide repertoire ranging from modern indie to classic rock Bespoke pre-mixed DJ service before, between, and after live sets Your choice of first dance or special request performed PAT certified equipment and Public Liability Insurance Professional PA and stage lighting - our standard PA and lighting equipment will be sufficient for almost all occasions but if your event is outdoors or for 300+ people we may have to make some special arrangements for an extra fee

What do your clients love most about your performances?

Our clients can tell we've worked together for years in every imaginable setting, and playing our favourite songs together is clearly second nature. They're also always amazed that we can flip from being professional and courteous to an energetic rock band at a moment's notice!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

As Electric Mavericks or in other bands we've played weddings and parties at prestigious London venues including The Langham, The Ned, and Clapton Country Club, and in country settings like Syrencot, Ramster Hall, and Tracy Park. Between all of our careers as session musicians we've played Wembley Stadium, The Roundhouse, The Royal Festival Hall, and more!

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

Who doesn't love Oasis? We're also big fans of The Strokes, Kaiser Chiefs, and Blink-182.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

We've played at a few weddings and parties for famous people that we're not allowed to talk about! Outside of Electric Mavericks in our careers as session musicians we've played in backing bands for world famous artists and touring theatre shows, including venues as big as Wembley Stadium, The Roundhouse, and The Royal Festival Hall.

Do you have different line-up options?

Our standard lineup is a trio of guitar, bass, and drums. We like to keep it simple!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We pride ourselves on taking everything in stride! We'll always try to be flexible to help everything run smoothly.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, send us your playlist in advance and we'll make sure there's always music playing right from when we're setting up until we pack down at the end of the night. Consider booking our DJ set add on, where a band member will DJ live before, between, and after live sets, selecting and mixing tracks live on the night, as well as taking requests.

How much time do you need to set up?

Ideally no less than 90 minutes between having access to the space and starting our first set, with a few minutes to soundcheck too.

Can you roam around while you perform?

We can perform our acoustic solo, duo, or trio package as a roaming act.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We have tried and tested methods for choosing our setlist. We've been doing this for a long time and we've got rather good at crafting a set that will keep everyone on the dancefloor all night! That said, feel free to let us know your top 10 preferences from our repertoire and we'll try to weave as many in as we can.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

We bring our standard PA and lights to every show at no extra cost. If you already have a suitable sound system we're happy to use it, but if you don't, then you don't need to hire any extra equipment for us.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We are happy to perform one special request for you - for weddings this is usually the first dance. You can also let us know your top 10 preferences from our repertoire, as well as send up to 30 requests for the disco, so you can be sure to hear all your favourites on the evening.
