DjHans Oxford masterfully blended infectious Latino rhythms that got everyone moving with an irresistible mix of throwback hits from the 70s, 90s, and 2000s. One moment we were dancing to vibrant salsa and reggaeton, and the next we were singing our hearts out to classic anthems everyone knew and loved. It was this brilliant Latin fusion that created such a unique, joyful, and inclusive vibe, there was literally something for everyone on the dance floor.

Huge thanks to DJ Hans for such a brilliant night. We threw a few last-minute song changes at him and he didn't blink an eye. He’s got a really high-quality sound system that didn't sound 'tinny' or distorted even when the volume went up later in the night. Great music and a great atmosphere.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

"While I treat every wedding and private party with 'main stage' energy, my most high-profile work involves performing for Royal Navy officers and large-scale corporate events. Whether it's a high-stakes military send-off or a 10-hour All-Day Wedding Hosting, my reputation is built on delivering a club-quality experience for crowds that demand perfection."

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Don't worry weddings and events rarely run exactly to the minute. With a decade of experience, I’m used to "reading the room." If your speeches run over or the cake cutting is delayed, I adapt on the fly to ensure the transition to the party is seamless. Just keep me in the loop on the day, and I’ll handle the rest.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. I provide a "set-and-forget" background music service (Easy Listening, Jazz, or Acoustic) for your drinks reception or meal. This ensures there is never an awkward silence and the atmosphere remains consistent from the moment your guests arrive.

How much time do you need to set up?

I always arrive at least 1 hour before my scheduled start time to set up and soundcheck. For larger packages involving the full FBT Vertus sound system and lighting rig, I prefer 90 minutes to ensure every cable is tidy and the light show is perfectly programmed.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Yes! It is your event, and the music should reflect your taste. While I specialize in 80s, 90s, 00s, and Latin hits, I love working with "must-play" and "do-not-play" lists. I use my experience to weave your favorites into a mix that keeps the dance floor full all night.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Depending on the package you choose, I am fully self-contained. For full-service bookings, I provide a premium 2000W FBT Vertus sound system, professional lighting, and wireless microphones. If you've booked my "DJ Only" set, I bring my Pioneer XDJ-RX3 mixer and plug directly into the venue’s house system.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Definitely. Whether it’s a specific remix for a Quinceañera waltz, a unique First Dance, or a Naval anthem for a leaving do, I prepare these tracks well in advance. If a song exists, I can source it and ensure it sounds perfect on the night.
