Dave has always had a natural affinity with the bass, and first picked it up at the age of 11 when he wanted to form a band in school, rapidly gaining a local reputation and winning various youth awards for his playing, such as Shining Through, P.H.A.T and Jack Petchey. Since then he has gained GCSE's and A-Levels in Music Performance and Music Technology, taken professional lessons (both practical and theory) and played with many different originals and function bands, establishing himself as a solid player with vast musical knowledge, industry know-how and a professional attitude, with equally professional gear. Having shared the stage with the likes of Jessie J, Rizzle Kicks, Miles Kane, Stooshe, VV Brown and many others, Dave has a lot of experience playing and performing music to a very high standard. For 3 years he held down the low end for award-winning Indie / Hip Hop band The Stow, playing such prestigious venues as HMV Hammersmith Apollo, Café Du Paris, Koko, Ronnie Scott's and O2 Academies across the UK, and such festivals as Glastonbury, Camden Crawl and Oxjam. Through these experiences, Dave has had the opportunity to learn what it takes to be successful in the Music Industry, and when hired provides a whole package - professionalism, image and great live energy.
