Customer questions
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know. Please note we sometimes have two gigs on one day, so it may not always be possible to accommodate time changes.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free during the breaks between sets. If you'd like a DJ service via our PA after the final set until the venue closes, please contact us for a quote for this.
How much time do you need to set up?
We only need 30 mins to set up, but we always do our best to arrive slightly earlier where possible (usually 45 mins before our performance start). We can arrive earlier upon request, but please contact us for a quote for this.
Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?
Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. We would be happy to send you our full song list for you to choose your favourites. We can also take some requests in advance as well.
Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?
Yes, we bring our PA system and all equipment required for our performance. We would just need you to provide a safe power supply and suitable cover of the performance area if outdoors in case of bad weather. If there is no power supply, we may be able to bring a battery powered busking amp for an additional fee, which works well for most events.
Can you learn specific pieces before the event?
If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you. Please contact us for a quote for this. We would normally need a couple of weeks to learn this though.
