I started DJing at University, before becoming a club DJ in Nottingham. After moving to London, I started working in the music industry and I DJ'd at parties in and around the capital (e.g. club nights, corporate gigs, weddings, birthday parties, etc). I've DJ'd at some fantastic venues including the BFI Southbank, The Exhibit in Balham, Powerhaus in Camden, the Garage in Highbury, the National Liberal Club in Whitehall, London Zoo, Epsom Downs Racecourse, the Boogie Lounge in Epsom and many other pubs and clubs across London. I play across a variety of pop/rock/dance/funk/soul genres. I have a variety of DJ equipment: Digital, CD and Vinyl decks, a DJ Booth, Lighting, powered speakers, wired and wireless microphones and of course a large music collection. I believe in tailoring the music to your event and engaging with you on your music requirements. I look forward to working with you to make your event the success it deserves to be.

DP was fantastic and went above and beyond to help me with my book launch party! We first had a zoom call to discuss what I needed for the event and then him and his son, Connor, came to the venue with me ahead of the event to do a site reccy. The most important part of my evening was an interview about my book and DP and Connor took this very seriously. They set up mics for myself and the lady interviewing me, and also set up a wireless roaming mic for a Q&A at the end of the talk. They filmed the entire talk on two cameras and recorded the audio to podcast quality. They then provided me with an hour edited video of the interview, which I have been able to use on my Instagram to promote my book. This level of service is above and beyond! DP made a playlist to play in the background while I was signing books and then did a fantastic DJ set from 11pm-2am. I can't recommend DP and his son Connor enough. They are true professionals. Do not hesitate in booking them whatever the music or sound requirements of your event.

Impossible question for a DJ! Too many artists to mention but as a (very) rough rule of thumb, my favourite genres are 1960s: Rock N Roll and Soul 1970s: Disco, Soul and Funk 1980s: Pop, Indie and Hip Hop 1990s: House, Garage, Rock and R & B 2000s to now: All of the above

I played at London Zoo for a BBC party

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always aim to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. Good communication is the key to a successful event!

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Of course! We will discuss all the music requirements in advance and I can tailor a playlist for your specific requirements.

How much time do you need to set up?

Usually about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Absolutely! Requests and recommendations are always welcome!

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

In advance of the event, we will discuss the PA and lighting requirements and I will bring the relevant equipment.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Any specific requests (first dance, last song) will be discussed and confirmed well in advance of the event.
