Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I try my best to keep my schedule as flexible as possible therefore if I am given sufficient notice then that should not be an issue

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

I do not own sufficient audio equipment in terms of a PA kit, however I can provide quiet background music (via an aux cable) through a good quality amp between sets.

How much time do you need to set up?

Setup usually takes no more than 10 minutes if I am using my own equipment, however times may vary if I am using an external PA

If I have a piano at my venue, are you happy to perform on that?

Absolutely - if the piano is in full working order then I will more than happily play it!

Are you able to bring your own piano or keyboard?

Yes, particularly if there are nearby transport links as I do not have private transportation yet. My keyboard is fully PAT tested so is safe to use in any public venue.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If there is sufficient notice (ideally at least one day) then I will be very happy to learn a song.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

Originality, engagement with the audience and the relatable and popular repertoire!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

A variety - ranging from outdoor markets to pubs, wedding venues and houses. I have also performed at Greenside venue during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

There are too many to put down in this short list however some of my most influential are Frederic Chopin, Oscar Peterson, Chick Corea, Jason Robert Brown, Stephen Taylor and many more.
