Pianist Chris brings 18 years of experience to the stage, with a wide range of styles and expert skill on the Piano. From high energy boogie-woogie blues for upbeat receptions or romantic classical ambience for weddings and dinner parties, Chris has you covered. His solo piano set lengths can go up to 3 hours – perfect for any event where you'd like to incorporate live music. Whether it's a black tie affair or drinks reception, he is the pianist you've been looking for. In addition to his solo concerts, Chris has been part of the amazing Beat Street band for 17 year now and more recently fronts Rock & Indie band Rockafella and Folk Pop band Emerald Skye.

We hired Chris. He has a fantastic repertoire of songs and he played for our wedding ceremony and drinks reception. He really set the tone with a mix of music and lots of guests complimented just how talented he was. I am just sorry that we got whisked away for pictures that we didn't get to enjoy more of him or thank him in person. He was excellent and I would highly recommend.

We loved you performing a version are Arctic Monkeys Do I Wanna Know, Miriam Stockleys Perfect Day for the aisle procession and accompanying the congregation for Wonderful Tonight by Eric Clapton. I understand what's required to create a sophisticated, romantic atmosphere at an event. I am professional, prompt, smartly dressed and accommodating.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I understand these are subject to change as your event draws closer, so just let us know as and when you have further information and we'll amend accordingly. If this is more than +/- 90 minutes then it might incur an extra fee

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, I can provide laptop playlisted music between/after sets as standard until midnight

How much time do you need to set up?

30 Minutes

If I have a piano at my venue, are you happy to perform on that?

Yes absolutely. So long as it's in tune!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes, I have a large repertoire to choose from. However, I also recommend a discussion to advise on the best song choices for the evening, as my set list is crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to create the right atmosphere for the event.

Are you able to bring your own piano or keyboard?

Yes, I have a number of keyboards and stage pianos. (Please note, these are not Baby Grand/Grand Pianos).

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes, I'm happy to learn a first dance or special song for you, so long as I'm given sufficient time to prepare the material.
