We're an upbeat acoustic duo who play crowd-pleasing classic pop and rock covers people know and love! Playing together since 2012, we pride ourselves on getting people singing and dancing with classics from way back to right up to now and everything in between, from the Arctic Monkeys to Ziggy Stardust - all stripped-back acoustic versions (no backing tracks, just real live music!) every song is a classic memory and easy to sing along to. We also love a little laid-back good-fun banter with the crowd! We are fully insured and have all our own PA equipment, We can set up inside half an hour and clear away inside 15 minutes with minimum disruption to guests. Chicken Switch can respond at short notice if you find yourself let down and in need of a band to fill-in. We can travel to any venue, anywhere, so far the furthest we have been for a gig is the South of France!

Do you have different line-up options?

We are an acoustic duo.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We will do all we can to accomodate timings change and we always honour our bookings, however this does mean that late date changes may not be possible if we are already booked for the new date.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We can provide an iPod type services before or between sets and this can include specific songs or genres of your choosing.

How much time do you need to set up?

We generally need 30 minutes to set up and do a brief sound check, where time has been a factor in the past we have reduced this time to 15 minutes if necessary.

Can you roam around while you perform?

Yes, this is possible if required,

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We can provide our complete repertoire of all the songs we do for you to choose from, plus we are open to learning some new songs of your choosing depending on the time available and complexity of the song choices! :)

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes, we provide full pa and lighting for all of our performances. We can set up in a relatively small area of 4 square metres as a minimum.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We are happy to learn new songs for any event, the number of songs this qould include depends on the time available and complexity of the song choices! :)

What do your clients love most about your performances?

The feedback we receive from clients is about how our love of music is so infectious to the audience, our mix of song choices from the much-loved heard to forgotten gems, and of course our unique versions of the abslolute classics that "have never been heard like this".

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

We have played over 100 gigs across England (and once in the South of France!) from Manchester to Southmpton.

There are too many to mention and we think it fair to say that there is not one overall influence but

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

One gig we are particular proud of playing at a wedding in the South of France, at the request fo the bride, taking our English acoustic music to our European neighbours was great fun and the praise we recieved made the long car journey more than worth while!
