Cheryl Roberts Soprano

Cheryl Roberts is a friendly professional female singer who lives to perform , she comes alive whilst on any stage ,and gets the audience hanging on the edge of their seats or up in the aisles dancing , with her fun light hearted entertainment style performing a variety of genres spanning from the 1940's right through to the present day , with her own unique twist and her big soprano voice , she has been labelled 'the voice to hear'. She has performed at over 500 events in various venues across the UK and Europe , as both a soloist and an acoustic duo . Cheryl is also the Soprano Soloist for Caerphilly Male Voice Choir performing at events such as the Big Cheese and touring theatres in the UK A Forces Sweetheart at WW2 events , Armed Forces Day / Remembrance Days and V day celebrations across the country performing as a soloist and as a guest artiste with a big band. Cheryl graduated from the 'Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama', where She was fortunate enough to receive tuition from the 'World renowned' Soprano 'Miriam Bowen' and the Lead BBC Welsh Vocal Coach 'Jeffrey Howard . After Graduating Cheryl soon became a Sought after ' Soloist ' performing for the 'BBC at events such as the BBC Proms at the Royal Albert Hall and St David’s Hall . She has also performed with the Welsh legend that is Peter Karrie In a Phantom Of the Opera event at Llanciach Fawr. Cheryl went on to perform at 5 star Holiday resorts in Europe performing as the residential Singer for Thomson Holidays , as well as the annual internationally known Elvis festival in Wales .
