Verified profile

Charlotte Day is a private & corporate event singer, session vocalist, vocal coach, songwriter & producer from Cheshire in the north west of England. Conversant in various genres ranging from jazz to pop, her voice has appeared on numerous top 40 records having recorded for the likes of Dannii Minogue, Loleatta Holloway, and Faith Hill to name a few. With over 25 years experience in the music industry, Charlotte has an extensive profile not only as an artist in her own right and a highly regarded voice coach, but has also worked closely with various dance music production teams. These include 'Soda Club' with whom Charlotte performed and co-wrote for their 2004 album 'Anthem Alert', and multi-platinum remixers 'Love To Infinity' with whom she also had a number one UK club chart hit called 'Finally' in November 2005. In 2011 Charlotte began working with UK Dance Label - Neoteric records which resulted in the single 'Pride (A Deeper Love)' by Neos Project feat. Charlotte Day. Aside from coaching other aspiring singers, Charlotte spends most of her time in the studio and performing live with various bands throughout the UK. "With over twenty five years experience in live performance, I have entertained at many private and corporate events throughout the country, ranging from weddings, parties and club PA's to large scale functions at hotels, theatres and stadiums. When performing, I encompass a whole host of genres ranging from acoustic, laid back lounge and jazz to pop and full on party music. When booked for a wedding or civil ceremony, I appreciate that it is the most important day of your life and should be one to remember forever. Whilst you and your spouse are in the hands of the photographer, I can keep your guests entertained by performing a tasteful selection of background lounge music or contemporary ballads to subtly enhance the ambience. I can also perform during the ceremony or wedding breakfast if required. I provide my own PA, lighting and instruments, therefore no additional equipment is required. I also have access to a large network of the north west's finest musicians, which allows me to tailor specific entertainment packages to suit all budgets. This can literally be anything from a compact 3-piece band to a full orchestra complete with string section! (All my equipment is PAT tested and I am fully covered with public liability insurance.)
