The Cattigans are a duo(guitar/drums/vocals)who gig every week at weddings, corporates, functions and bars. We have been playing together for over 10 years and have played lots of gigs over this time&highlights include headlining King Tuts wah wah hut&playing lots of memorable weddings. We Can play any occasion and are very good at reading crowds and gauging what they are after. We play a massive mix of songs to suit any atmosphere-anything from the 60s through to modern day. The Cattigans played at our Garden Party. Very easy process, once I had found them on the Encore website. They were great, got everyone dancing and joining in, and helped make the night a great success. I would recommend them to everyone, and would use them again. Thanks.

We had the guys playing at our family party last weekend & they were absolutely brilliant! Everyone there commented on how great they were & asked us all about them. They were 10/10 & could not recommend them more. They had a brilliant set of songs - that pleased all the ages & everyone was singing along! If your thinking about booking these guys - do it!! We recently hired The Cattigans for our post wedding celebration party in Glasgow. What a night we had, there was such a great atmosphere and it was all down to the music. The band were so professional, they played right on queue and the set was just amazing, exactly what we wanted. EVERYONE I’ve spoken to has told me how great the band were! Can’t thank you enough!!

What do your clients love most about your performances?

They frequently comment about the wide variety of songs&how they were so happy that everyone was on their feet dancing all night.

King Tuts. Barrowlands. Glasgow Concert Halls. ABC. Lots of wedding venues&pubs.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

Oasis, rolling stones, the beatles, paul heaton, northern soul…..

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Headlining King Tuts on a Saturday Night with our own material.

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Yes. Exactly how you see it. Brian Cattigan on vocals&Guitar. And Iaian Kirkpatrick on drums and sometimes piano.

Do you have different line-up options?

No. Brian Cattigan-Vocals&Guitar And Iaian Kirkpatrick-drums&sometimes piano.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Thats no problem at all. These things happen. As long as were kept up to date then thats completely fine👍🏻.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes. We can do this for an additional fee.

How much time do you need to set up?

1 hour usually. We like to set up then have a soundcheck to make sure everything's mixing correctly. We play a lot if different size rooms so this can vary.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We can certainly try our best with requests.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes, we can do this&if we think it sounds great, we can do it. Always good to learn new songs.
