Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

You can let me know at least a month before if the date changes and I'll do my best to accommodate. I can be flexible with timings for the day with at least 48 hours.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

I can provide a playlist service where you plug in your device to my PA system and play the playlist of your choice BEFORE the event.

How much time do you need to set up?

Please allow 45 minutes to an hour for set up time. We usually take 30 minutes but it's safer to allow for an hour to get in and set up.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

You can indeed collaborate with me for your set list. I'll do my best to accommodate requests within reason. You can choose 10 songs from the playlist and send over 3 songs you wish for me to learn at least 8 weeks prior to the event.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

I am self sufficient with my equipment and can also bring a sound engineer for an extra fee. I DO NOT provide a stage or gazebo. If this is something you'd like me to organise, I can hire one at an extra cost to you with 2 months notice.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

If you book me at least 6 weeks in advance, I can learn up to 3 extra songs for the performance. If I am booked within the month of the event, I'll be able to learn 1 song. There is a fee of £40 extra to learn the extra songs.
