Hi there! I'm Caelan, an experienced musician who's performed at many events over the years; from intimate backyard gigs through to audiences of 1500+ at events. I'm a singer with an acoustic guitar, loop pedal and stomp pedal - all the tools needed to bring your event to life. I cover a large variety of artists and genres, from Nina Simone through to Ed Sheeran - I'll always have something to get the audience going! I've notably performed at the Bournemouth International Centre, and am a regular performer at Fulham Football club in-between playing for corporate events/hotels and pubs. What do your clients love most about your performances?

My key traits are bringing a strong, rhythmic take on the classics, using my vocals as the lead and my pedals and guitar to drive the beat. Always keen to bring a boogie beat to a song if people are up for it!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I've performed all around the circuit in Brighton, and have recently moved up to London the last couple years. After a break I've been playing as a regular at Fulham Football stadium, hotels in Stratford and around Canary Wharf, alongside being a regular in pubs and bars around central London.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

When I began music I was heavily influenced by Ed Sheeran's early releases, and I've taken the skills I picked up with my loop pedal to bring this to the classics all the way from Nina Simone to the Backstreet Boys. Along the way I've enjoyed influences from Elbow, Nothing but Thieves and Sam Fender to name a few.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

I've performed at the Bournemouth International Centre to a crowd of 1500+! I was there for an event and it cemented how much I enjoy performing to an audience, seeing how they respond.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try to be flexible for clients - timing changes are a common place however I do ask for at least 24 hours notice so I can accommodate for travel.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Currently I cannot.

How much time do you need to set up?

Ideally I take 30 minutes to set up, do a sound check and get the levels correct. I am able to set up in roughly 15 minutes however and use a tried and tested mix if necessary!

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Of course you can - a lot of my setlists are catered to a vibe for an event, however I am more than happy to discuss any preferences!

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

I have the following equipment: - Mic/Mic Stand - Acoustic Guitar - Roland Street Cube (Suited for intimate Venues) - Speakers - Mixer - Pedals - All associated cables If a venue has already got some of the equipment (eg. PA system) I'm more than happy to negotiate on price.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Definitely - I charge a fee of £30 for 1 to 3 songs (more can be negotiated) to accommodate rehearsal time and space. I need to know a minimum of 1 week before the event to make sure I can perform it to the level you deserve!
