The Brighton Cello Quartet, founded in 2018, draws on the talents and experience of Sarah Davison, Emily Mitchell, Jocasta Mudge and Ivana Perenic. Seasoned recording artists and performers, between them there isn't much the Brighton Cello Quartet hasn't done. The quartet members have performed in TV, radio, film, computer games, playing with top orchestras and ensembles at prestigious events and veunes across the UK and abroad, from the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, Brighton Philharmonic to the Brit Awards, Royal Opera House, and Classic FM. With credits ranging from film soundtracks at Air Studios, radio and tv recordings for the BBC, to orchestral playing with the National Symphony Orchestra of Wales, festival dates and countless weddings, together they create an accomplished, outstanding performance with a heady mix of classical, tango, jazz and pop. Trained at Guildhall School of Music, Trinity Laban Conservatoire, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, and the Royal Academy of Music, the members of the Brighton Cello Quartet combine their incredible, accomplished musicianship with professionalism at every event. Customer questions

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes! We can offer the full quartet with all four cellos, or trio, duo and even solo options. Please get in touch to discuss.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We will accommodate your new timings within reason, up to 30 minutes, but longer than this would probably mean a price adjustment.

How much time do you need to set up?

We only take 15 minutes to set up, but usually arrive 45 minutes before the start time to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Yes, you can choose if you would like certain pieces from the list, or if you would prefer to generalise e.g. 'mostly pop' or 'mostly classical' we are happy to select choices for you.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

We bring our instruments, music stands, music, and evening dress (unless otherwise specified). We don't bring our own chairs, which we will need to use at the venue.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

We can arrange and learn a new piece for an additional fee of £100.
