A band comprised of session musicians that tour with different artists and play in the London and UK music scene. The Rascals recently worked with Rex Orange County at Gunnersbury park, bringing their infectious brass band energy to a crowd of 20,000. Individually they have worked with with artists like Loyle Carner, Tom Misch, Chase and Status and Alfa Mist. Brass Rascals have a versatile set list guaranteed to bring the party. Expect to hear pop, dancehall, garage, house and dnb classics. The ability to get anyone dancing combined with soaring virtuosic solos make the Brass Rascals the perfect choice for your event. The brass rascals completely made our wedding evening, just can't recommend them enough. Nor do I need to as everyone was asking how to see them again! I didn't leave the dance floor all night as each song was better than the last! Sean Paul, DJ fresh, Cher - it was all we could have hoped for and more. (I'm still in shock we could book a band this good for our wedding if I'm honest!) The MC really got the crowd going too and brought alot of energy, so would recommend booking them too if you can. The guys performed in a smaller set up to play us out the ceremony & walk around, whilst guests threw confetti & it really kicked off the energy for the day. They were really communicative beforehand too - helping me with all my questions & ideas, and such a pleasure to have around on the day. Can't wait to see them perform again soon!

Customer questions

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes, we can come out as a 5, 6 or 7 piece band. We also have the option to add a rapper 😈

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We try to be flexible with timings as we know that weddings and events inevitably become delayed, although we would appreciate as much notice as possible if it's something that is foreseeable.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, this is something we can provide, enquire within...

How much time do you need to set up?

As an acoustic band (which is often loud enough for most venues and events) we don't need very long at all. Possibly only 20 minutes to set up the drum kit. If using a PA we would need between an hour and and hour and a half!

Can you roam around while you perform?

We have the option of coming out as a roaming band with a split drum kit, making our line ups 6, 7 or 8 piece. However from our experience, there's nothing like a full drum kit to get a party started 🥳

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes of course you can choose songs you do (or don't) want to be played from our available tunes. We like to build our set to create a great show though, so we would collaborate with you on the final setlist.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

The good thing about our setup is that we don't generally need to be amplified as we make enough noise acoustically to fill almost any space. However, in certain cases it might be necessary and can be hired at extra cost.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We have an option to arrange requests at extra cost, with discounts for multiple requests!
