Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

All of our singers are 100% experienced in performing to anything from 50 to 2000 people. We only have experienced, properly trained professionals singing with the band. We have 3 or 4 female singers and 3 or 4 male singers that we use on a regular basis, and NEVER use anyone who doesn't provide a portfolio and showreel or come recommended.

Do you have different line-up options?

We have as many different line up options as you can imagine. We can offer you solo work, duo, trio, 4 piece, 5, 6, 7, 8 and on. The list is endless, and all options can be acoustic too.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We're extremely adaptable, we understand that these things happen. From our experience we normally expect some changes. All we ask is that any changes made are reasonable, and you give us as much notice as possible.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We most certainly can, however this may incur extra costs. Please ask us for details.

How much time do you need to set up?

In order for the band to sound their absolute best, and to have time to iron out any issues, we would like a minimum of an hour and a half to set up and sound check. In an ideal world we would like more than that, and certainly no less than an hour (subject to size of band). It takes less time to set up a 3 piece band than it does an 8 piece band...

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

From our experience, we have tailored our sets to include something for everyone. We're pretty good at judging what the client wants, however we understand that there are exceptions and that not everyone has the same taste. With that in mind we are always flexible so if there are songs you simply must have, we will play them.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes, sound and lights are always included in our price. If you want to provide sound and lights yourself we would need you to work to our technical specifications so nothing is missed, and nothing technical goes wrong. Sometimes it's best left to us, but it's your choice in the end.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We understand that sometimes you just have to have "that song", and so yes we will learn a song or two if needed. We probably know it anyway!! Especially for a wedding, we know how important that first dance song can be. By the same token, if you want the artists track played rather than by the band, we can do that too.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

Our clients love the way we get fully involved with the crowd and entertain from the floor up. We all sing, we all dance and we play like crazy. Our lively energetic personalities show you a good time and make our clients dance and sing all night. Never a dull moment!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

We have played at many fantastic venues around the UK, from Tythe Barns to Wembley Stadium, The Dorchester Hotel Park Lane, Silverstone Race Course, many many clubs in and around central London including Freedom Wardour Street, Cafe De Paris Leicester Square, Bar Rhumba on Shaftesbury Avenue, and including private members clubs such as Annabels in Mayfair.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

So many there isn't a list long enough!!! Suffice to say that there isn't a genre of music that we don't love. We love funk, rock, pop, disco and hip hop, and our sets reflect that. Chances are if you like it - we like it too!! From Abba to ZZ Top!

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

We played the Drivers Lounge at Silverstone Racecourse for the British Grand Prix 2018. We have also played at Wembley Stadium for some England Football matches in the various club lounges. We have had many high profile clients along the way too.

I just wanted to send my heartfelt thanks to Ben and the team for an amazing night on Saturday, they thoroughly entertained our staff and I felt really made the evening extra special. I appreciate their assistance with music during the meal and the after session DJ set , which helped round off the evening. Please pass on my gratitude

Bloomfield Avenue are an outstanding band who made our party completely unforgettable. This team of ridiculously talented musicians and singers are a step above anything we’ve experienced at an event before! Exceptionally professional and organised from start to finish, we just can’t compliment them enough.
