Amelia Rendell

I’m a professional vocalist with over 10 years of live performance experience, performing a mix of soul, pop, R&B, garage and indie from the 90s and 00s through to today. My solo sets are designed to create a relaxed, feel-good atmosphere, whether that’s during a wedding drinks reception, over dinner, at a private event or as live entertainment in a bar or restaurant. My repertoire includes songs by artists such as Moloko, Corinne Bailey Rae, Joss Stone, Luther Vandross, Basement Jaxx and Whitney Houston, alongside contemporary songs and familiar favourites. I perform with high-quality backing tracks and provide my own professional PA and equipment. I can tailor my sets depending on the event, whether you’re looking for something chilled in the background or a more upbeat set later on. I’ve been performing professionally for over a decade and have worked across weddings, corporate events, theatres and venues around the UK. For the past six years I’ve also sung backing vocals at an annual charity event, where I’ve had the opportunity to back artists including Bonnie Tyler, Jason Donovan, Midge Ure, Kim Wilde, T’Pau, ABC, Tony Christie, Katrina from Katrina and the Waves, Gwen Dickey and Pete Cox. For the past five years I’ve toured the UK with Rave On, and through my other live work I’ve performed for clients including Netflix, Fujifilm, the Natural History Museum and the Stobart Group. I’m very used to performing for different audiences and in different settings, and I’m always happy to chat about what you’re looking for and tailor the music to suit your event.
