My relationship with music started from a very early age, supporting the band who had my dad as lead singer. MTV made me discover modern and contemporary music...that's when I started to sing alone at home, hiding from my parents, and covering the energizing and powerful tunes I discovered at that time, which was the mid 90's. In 2005, I started studying singing techniques, exploring different approaches (among them is The Vocal Power method). I also attended voice workshops, and finally in 2012 I joined a ‘funky-dance-acid jazz’ band – wow! What an amazing time that was, that was a revelation and blessing for my musical path! This made me realise, I could not live without being part of a musical situation. Whether is an acoustic duo, or a rock-blues band, a musical choir, (singing Broadway and Disney songs) – I love the variety. Because the energy, the learning curve, and the satisfaction it gives me is incomparable. I know now that singing makes me a different person. I am braver on the stage than ever, and I’m still discovering different shades of my voice which is an infinite source of emotion. I never stopping learning, years after years, and the live stage experiences I had throughout these years (weddings, rooftops of hotels, clubs, pubs, restaurants, street events) fed me with courage and self-confidence, up until the decision to open one more door...hitting the stage as a solo singer. This gives me the chance to decide in total freedom and independency the setlist I prefer, delivering the performance at the best of my ability in that given moment. I am passionate and I show this in my performances. Because the 90s music formed me at the very beginning, in my performances I always include 90's pop and dance tunes. Since I love pop music, I also include more recent tunes (2000's up until contemporary tunes recently released). I like to keep the set upbeat and make people dance, and when the situation requires a more relaxed vibe, I am happy to offer blues/pop/country/soul tunes. I am good in "reading" the atmosphere, so I can decide the direction to give to my set according to what people are preferring. I have a versatile voice and I am happy to express it, through a variety of rich repertoire. After all these years, I still enjoy expressing myself through my voice, taking people by surprise to create emotions wherever we are, allowing them to embrace my entertainment! Every time I am booked, I am keen to create the perfect energy for them and their event. It's my signature: I give it everything I got on the stage, my heart is in my voice.
