Alan has been playing accordion for several (58) years and enjoys all genres of music. He particularly enjoys playing continental style and traditional folk music along with Scottish. He has been teaching accordion at GFW (Glasgow Folkmusic Workshop) for the last 10 years and also provides personal tuition if required. He plays in a number of ceilidh bands, provides background music in restaurants and runs workshops for groups such as Fiddle Orchestras, and Ukelele bands. Alan is also an agent for Bugari Accordions and travel to accordion festivals all over the UK.
