Aaron was born in 1995 in a small village besides the West Yorkshire Moors, just outside Leeds. He grew up playing a variety of instruments and sports, dancing, and training as a chef, before he moved to York in 2013 to undertake a BA in Classical Music, a Diploma in Piano Performance, and latterly an MA in Contemporary Composition. He has studied piano with Liz Haddon, Fred White, and Jakob Fichart, improvisation with Matthew Bourne, and composition with Roger Marsh, and Andy Ingamells. Aaron currently teaches full-time, performs in a variety of guises, and works as an accompanist for Northern Dance Centre. He is currently studying a PhD at Bath Spa University under the supervision of James Saunders.
