About Soulman

Singer
Leicester
Soulman Knight presents an exhilarating tribute show to the timeless hits of those unforgettable Motown & Soul men of the 1960's.

Soulman Knight is an exciting entertainer based in Leicester, East Midlands, UK. After spending a number of years in soul, disco and motown bands and duo's, he subsequently discovered that there were very few performers solely catering to the greatest 1960's 'golden age' of soul and motown hits. This market niche inspired him to develop a new defined sound, look and direction - which ultimately became the Soulman Knight - Motown & Soul Live Revue! His outstanding, special hour long tribute consists of only the very, very best hits of 1960's Northern soul, Motown and classic soul - including legendary artists such as The Four Tops, Stevie Wonder, Eddie Floyd, Arthur Conley, The Temptations, Wilson Picket, Ben E. King, Otis Redding, Jimmy Ruffin, Robert Knight, Sam & Dave, The Jackson 5, R. Dean Taylor, Marvin Gaye, Edwin Starr, Frank Wilson, Robert Parker, Barrett Strong, Jnr. Walker & the all stars, Dobie Gray, The Drifters, Brenton Wood and Johnny Taylor. The Soulman Knight - Motown & Soul Live Revue regularly performs at a wide variety of national and international locations, both in corporate and non-corporate venues, and never fails to create a tremendous atmosphere of pleasure and exhilaration with his eager audiences. His explosive presence, dynamism and amazing voice make him the ultimate choice for all lovers of Northern soul, Motown and classic soul. A live DJ set is also provided from Northern Light Disco - also playing huge Northern Soul, Motown and Soul hits from yesteryear. The Soulman Knight - Motown & Soul Live Revue tribute is available to you seven days a week for direct bookings or through contacting authorised entertainment agents. Prices are available upon request for a 60 minute set plus encores. All performances provide interlude music, organised & timely routines, friendly, respectful & polite relations, a clean appearance and costume changes, reliable & safe equipment and polished professional performances. You won’t be sorry!

The Don can't go wrong! I had such a very lovely night listening to some wonderful reggae hits that brought back so many happy memories with my mates. He had us singing along with Maxie priest and Sugar Minott too. He's also a DJ and played some wicked Dancehall between sets. I'll defo go to see Sunsplash again..

We had a fantastic time. I'd heard about Sunsplash but didn't realise The Don was so good. Very professional and entertaining. My daughter and I really loved it.
