Playing a piano from the age of 5. Becoming a member of the Royal Marines Band Service at age 15 and subsequently from 1972 playing both solo and for many band calls around the UK. My forte is playing small party gatherings, birthdays, functions, weddings, etc where all styles of music are required. I currently use a Yamaha Tyros 5 keyboard with a Voicelive 3 harmoniser all linked to a Behringer XR18 digital PA with two 1000 watt Mackie thump speakers and a Sub Woofer, all of which gives the best all round sound for any event. I also have DJ software on hand to play interval music where modern up tempo or any specific decade dance music is required. I have a huge music library and don't require an internet connection, so I can supply 40's onwards DJ music. So with me you get the best of both musical worlds - Live Music played for weddings and sit down meals and a DJ for later in the evening, all for the price of one person. To be fair, due to my age, i am best used at older family gatherings such as birthday party's or decade specific music requirements. I also supply digital sound to light mood lighting for any event that requires that special touch.
