Steel Pan Agency played at our wedding at Godwick Great Barn. Sadly we had to have the reception inside the barn due to rain, but Shareen and Rico were super flexible. They sounded great, and we had lots of lovely compliments about the happy upbeat vibe it brought to the afternoon.

Please note that this service incurs an additional fee due to the enhanced mobility it offers. During Pan Round Neck performances, sets are designed for 15-20 minutes at a time. Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Unfortunately, we do not provide an iPod/DJ service before or between our sets. Our focus is solely on delivering live steelband performances to create an authentic and immersive musical experience.

How much time do you need to set up?

We typically require 10-15 minutes for our setup process. This allows us to ensure everything is in place and ready to create a seamless and enchanting musical experience for your event.

Can you roam around while you perform?

Our steelbands typically perform in a stationary setup. However, we do offer the option of a mobile steelband with pan round neck for roaming performances. Please note that this service comes with adjusted pricing, and the sets are designed to be 15-20 minutes in duration.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Absolutely! You have the freedom to choose the songs you'd like us to perform from our set list. We're here to curate a musical experience that resonates with your preferences and event's ambiance.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

We keep things simple and hassle-free. Our quoted price includes all the necessary equipment. You won't need to worry about any additional requirements – we handle the setup and performance seamlessly.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Absolutely, we can learn and perform song requests that hold a special place for you. However, please note that there will be an additional fee associated with this service. We're dedicated to making your event truly personalised and memorable through the power of music.
