The Siegfried Camerata is a young professional orchestra based in London. Its members are some of the most talented performers in the UK

“Definitely one orchestra to watch for!” The Greenwich Visitor The Siegfried Camerata is a young professional orchestra based in London. Its members are some of the most talented performers in the UK. The Camerata's debut in January 2014 at Blackheath Halls, London, performing works by Mozart and Wagner, was highly praised by the local press. Since then the orchestra has performed in other renowned venues such as St James's Piccadilly, Blackheath Halls and St Martin-in-the-Fields. Recent highlights of the orchestra's concert activity include collaborations with the Iberian and Latin American Music Society, and the Beethoven Piano Society of Europe in the BPSE International Competition for young pianists on the Beethoven Piano Concertos, the Siegfried Camerata was the orchestra selected to accompany the participants. What makes this orchestra stand out is that everyone in the Camerata is a soloist, sharing the same enthusiasm and sense of commitment as good chamber music ensembles do, willing to work hard rehearsing together until a good result is achieved. The Siegfried Camerata is available for hire. We can provide ensembles ranging from a duo to our full symphony orchestra. For more information please contact us

It has been extremely memorable to work and perform with the Siegfried Camerata on Beethoven's Emperor Concerto for the "Beethoven Piano Society of Europe". The Camerata led by Manuel was really committed to presenting the highest possible artistry in its performance. The orchestra and the management always showed professionalism during rehearsals, concert and organisation, combined with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All these made our music making together such a joy

My daughter was impressed by quality of the sound, and team work produced by the orchestra “they sound amazing “ “I hope to be that good some day" - inspirational listening for a young string player. “Listening to how the conductor explains what he wants to make his perfect sound” The pianist was incredible and my daughter was amazed by how well she played and the passion for the music that she showed. All in all it was an incredible experience for a 9 year old who desires to be a musician to watch an orchestra at work that closely, and see how all the pieces fit together
