Serinus Trio

Serinus Trio is a flute and piano trio based in Gloucestershire. We perform all year round, providing beautiful classical music tailored to your wedding, party or any other special occasion! Winnie Chan studied the piano at Hong Kong Baptist University and then continued her education at the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts. She was also awarded a Distinction LRSM and invited to perform at the Diploma Ceremony organised by ABRSM. She is an active performer, chamber musician, accompanist and teacher. Dalia Obretin was born in Romania. She attended a specialised Music and Art High School, then went on to study at The National University in Bucharest and Gheorghe Dima Music Academy in Cluj-Napoca. She also had lessons with Ion Bogdan Ștefănescu, who was a pupil of Sir James Galway. She is currently part of Serinus Trio and is also studying for her Masters Degree at Bristol University. Bhavandeep Stephenson is a Gloucestershire based flute player. She grew up in the area, starting her flute journey in local youth music groups, and then she went on to study for her Bachelor of Music degree at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. She currently plays with the Cheltenham Philharmonic Orchestra, Serinus Trio and the folk/prog rock band Toadstone. She loves playing a variety of genres of music, including classical, film, folk, rock and jazz.
