80s ALiVE DUO

Cris and Celine have vast amounts of experience as professional musicians. As a child, Parisian singer Celine dreamed of being a backing dancer for French pop star Claude Francois.... Unfortunately, this could never be, so Celine had to settle for a singing career of her own. A graduate of the Paris Conservatoire, Celine fronted recording and touring group 'Montparnasse' before singing an playing bass in country rock band 'Keep Me Posted'. Also an aerobics instructor, Celine performs with energy, passion and total commitment! Guitarist and singer Cris has been playing 80s covers since the 1980s and figures he's just about got the hang of it now..... Cris began working as a session musician and gigging with bands when he was 15 and has never stopped. As well as performing and recording professionally in most styles, Cris was a national Guitarist of the Year finalist in 2003 and performed at the International Gypsy Guitar Festival fronting Django Reinhardt style group 'Trio Rosbifs'. From the local pub to the Royal Albert Hall, Cris has performed in just about every type of venue. As 80s Alive Duo, Celine and Cris provide a totally professional performance with full PA and stage lighting, top quality equipment and bags of energy and enthusiasm. 80s ALiVE provide a full band sound: Live male and female vocals, live guitar and custom full band backing tracks.
