Michael played at our wedding and was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much bother for him. He was early for the event, looked absolutely resplendent, his playing was brilliant and he directed the wedding party when members were unsure of direction. Michael comes with our highest recommendation.

Leon played for our 40th birthday party. His communication was excellent before the event making the actual day completely stressless. Leon arrived on time and set up with no problems. The songs Leon played were perfect, just what we wanted. Leon was very professional and easy to communicate with before and on the day. All the guests enjoyed the music. Having never seen this group live ,and booked them for my 60th birthday to entertain 180 people of all ages it was a great relief to here them live , they were or some , fantastic mix of new and old rock and roll brilliantly preformed it was at fantastic night , I would highly recommended them and received great complements from guests what more can you ask ,it was at truly memorable night thanks to the maestros. Disappointed to write a bad review as not something I like to do but I feel I have to be honest, we booked Margit for our wedding day but on the morning of our wedding there was a severe car crash on the motorway which ended up pushing the times back on our day, with most guests arriving to the venue about an hour late, every supplier adapted and really supported us to make sure everything went as planned, except Margit. The hotel informed us that she played to an empty room until we arrived with 15 minutes left of the original booking, we heard her play for only 15 minutes of the hour and 15 minutes we paid £180 for. We genuinely feel that if we had arrived just 15 minutes later she would have just left and we wouldn't have heard her at all. We had hoped this would be a really special touch for our wedding day (one we were very excited about!) but in hindsight it is the one thing we regret about our day. Even if it wasn't possible to push back her booking with us a little, we felt she could have spoken to us to explain as you would expect from a professional service with a premium cost. All she really said to us was a comment about the fact we 'made it', it really felt that it was just about money rather than helping to make someone's day special. Margit is of course very talented but unfortunately we did not have a nice experience with her professionalism, we are both business professionals and would never give anything less than the highest standard.

We found Cassien on the Encore website, and after viewing their performance video on their profile page my wife and I knew we had to hire the band for our wedding. The organisation process was stress-less throughout. The band would promptly answer any questions we had about the set list and they accommodated pretty much all our requests. On the wedding day itself the band were amazing! Their rendition of our requested first dance song was beyond what we expected. The band were so good at what they did they managed to get everyone in the room to dance pretty much throughout the night! We were very satisfied with the quality of the bands service and performance. Would definitely recommend this group to anyone seeking a band for their event!

Absolutely faultless! With professionalism, extreme talent and magnetic personality - this band are beyond ‘good’. Right from the initial booking, communication has been prompt and personable and on the day of our wedding we (and the guests) were simply blown away. Guests at our wedding were in awe of the various genres of music intertwined so meticulously and seamlessly ... not one person could help but dance! The band learned our first dance and it was simply perfect ... more than we could have ever hoped for. In short, we would recommend this band wholeheartedly and thank them sincerely for their generosity in talent and time.

Halfway to New York were utmost professionals from out the outset, right up until the last note on our wedding day. Sam was quick to get in touch, and forthcoming in letting us suggest songs, and even learnt our first dance specially! On the day, they were punctual, friendly and easy-going, and were also very flexible. They kept the dance floor full with their flawlessly performed music through the ages, and the energy and skill in which all four played was talked about long into the next day. I couldn't recommend Halfway to New York enough. Thanks Sam and the gang!

Amazing pianist and top bloke. Andrew played during our wedding ceremony and drinks reception...I was gutted to have to go for photos taken outside as could have listened to him all day. Truly professional and amazing pianist. Would recommend him for any event.
