Customer questions

Do you need any equipment provided to play outdoors?

None at all - my instrument is played acoustically so I don't need any equipment. If it is raining then I will need full cover or to perform indoors as my instrument is valuable and could be damaged.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

My set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure you and your guests have a great time but yes, I am always happy to tailor my set list to set the exact tone you would like for your event.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance I already know it. If there is a special song you'd like me to learn, I’m happy to do this for you. I am always happy to learn three new songs for your event but after this, there is a fee of £20 per song for this service to take into account rehearsal and arranging time.

We booked Eleanor to play at our wedding ceremony and she was excellent, she learned a song for us and was professional and so talented. The guests commented on how beautiful the music was and she captured the theme of our wedding perfectly. We hope to be able to book Eleanor for special occasions in the future and would reccomend her to anyone looking for a harpist. Thank you Eleanor!
