Just a quick note to say a huge thank you again for Thursday night! You were all absolute superstars and a brilliant time was had by all! As you know, I was a little ‘worried’ how this type of entertainment would be received by a load of blokes, but hey, they all entered into the spirit of the evening (some more than others!) and all thoroughly enjoyed themselves – you pitched it just right – well done! When my wife and I were looking at bands to perform at our wedding we knew that we wanted something a little bit different to the normal guitar / backing musicians - which is how we decided on Pianofactor. From my first conversations with Carl to the performance on the night, everything was absolutely perfect. These guys can seriously play! We asked for a number of specific songs to be played and the band were so accommodating and flexible in making our wishes come true; particular stand outs were ‘Sweet Caroline’, ‘American Pie’ and ‘You Can Call Me Al’ - all songs that mean a great deal to my wife and I. So many of our guests have commented to us that they were the best band they have ever seen perform at a wedding and that the music made for the most amazing party! From leading congas to organising limbo i certainly wouldn’t disagree! I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pianofactor and I hope that we will be able to have them perform for us again - perhaps at our wedding anniversary!? Thanks for everything guys. Erm, 100's if not 1000's.... Arena MK, Albert Hall, Le Mans 24, Guinness Storehouse Dublin, Glen Eagles, Madam Tussards, Liverpool FC, SEC Glasgow, ICC Birmingham, hundreds of beautiful wedding venues, pubs, bars, clubs, beaches and even private homes.

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Yes — the performances you see in the videos feature Carl Williams, founder of PianoFactor, and he performs at every event. Depending on the format you choose, Carl is joined by other professional musicians to deliver the full PianoFactor experience, from duelling pianos through to the party piano band.

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes — PianoFactor offers flexible line-up options depending on your event. Our most popular formats are duelling pianos (two pianists with drums) and the party piano band (piano, drums, sax and guitar), with additional musicians available for larger events. What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always aim to be flexible to help your event run smoothly. If timings change in the lead-up to the event, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate. On the day, we can also adapt where possible to keep everything flowing without disruption.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes — we can provide music before, between, and after our live sets. We run this through our sound system so the energy stays consistent around the live performance, without needing a separate DJ.

How much time do you need to set up?

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our shows are built around live requests, so guests can choose songs on the night. If you have a few favourites or must-play songs, you’re very welcome to let us know in advance and we’ll include them where possible.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes — we’re happy to learn a special request such as a first dance or key song for your event. Additional requests can often be included depending on timing, but our shows are primarily built around live audience requests on the night.
