Nic graduated from Homerton College, Cambridge, in 2017. He was a chorister at Chichester Cathedral as a boy and a choral scholar at Blackburn Cathedral before university. He has been involved with the Sing Inside prison outreach team and ran the Schola Cantorum at Fisher House, the Catholic Chaplaincy for Cambridge University. His compositions have been performed in various Cambridge chapels, including Trinity, Jesus and Clare, and further afield in Buckfast Abbey, Blackburn Cathedral and St Michael's Mount Dinham, Exeter. He is also a tuba player, and is currently teaching music at a secondary school in London.
