Alex & the band were the smoothest cog in our wedding day machine. Easy to communicate with, efficient and safe in set up and tear down, dealing with a minor technical issue without a fuss. The band were fantastic live, expertly playing all the best songs from both past and modern eras. Playing guitar in the crowd was a highlight of the set. I would gladly book again for future events. Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Yes, we have three top class vocalists, who are all mainstay members of the band and are all featured in our videos.

Do you have different line-up options?

Not currently.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We're always happy to be flexible for our clients. If you should need to change any of your timings in the run up to the event, just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, this service is included as a standard with every booking.

How much time do you need to set up?

As a seven piece band, we do require a bit more time than most to set up. Preferably we would require 1.5 to 2 hours to set up and perform a sound check. As soon we get that out the way, we can start the playlist to set the atmosphere, ready for the night ahead.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We do have premade set lists which we have carefully curated over the course of countless performances to keep your guests up on their feet. We are happy receive suggestions and can be flexible with our arrangement should you feel it will better suite your event.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes our PA and lighting equipment is included in our quote, however for extremely large spaces we may advise the rental of a larger PA system, which we can source for you.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes, we are quite happy to learn songs that don't already feature in our song list. There is a chance we may already know the song even if it isn't currently in our list. We would request a £35 fee per song for this service, to take into account our extra rehearsal time etc.
