Liverpool-based, with regular slots on the Albert Docks, Lark Lane, Hope Street to name just a few. Strong links with Manchester, Birmingham and surrounding areas as well, and willing to travel to you. Covering songs from 60s-70s oldies but goldies, 80s-90s classics, chart toppers, sing-song classics, cocktail jazz-style, laid back acoustic and can throw in an original or two if you fancy. Willing to learn requests and work around your needs. Meg is the singer and rhythm guitarist who studied at Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, BA (Hons) Music, and Ben is the lead guitarist who has a keen love of music, live sound and all things gigs. We booked Meg and Ben for a 50th birthday party we had in our garden in September. They were awesome! Meg has such a lovely voice and they make a really great sound together. Which venues have you performed at in the past?

'Meg&Ben', and are avid gig-players around Liverpool and beyond, including; the Albert Docks (One O'Clock Gun), Hope Street (Free State Kitchen, Liverpool Arts Bar, Pen Factory), Lark Lane (Bookbinder, Blondie's, Lost in Lark Lane), Baltic (Peaky Blinders, Alpine Bar) and many more. They also play at family carnivals, weddings, birthdays, staff parties.

Do you have different line-up options?

Our line up is as follows: Vocals, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Basic Percussion. If you require more, please feel free to drop us a message and we can see what we can do! We have strong contacts with a pianist, drummer and bassist should you require this.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for just an extra £20. Just let us know the sorts of songs you require and we will build a playlist accordingly for us to play between sets.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about half an hour to an hour before the performance time.

Can you roam around while you perform?

Unfortunately, no.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Our PA system is included in your quote.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you. There is a fee of £20 for this service to take into account rehearsal times etc.
