The Kimberley Grae Band offers a dynamic fusion of pop, rock and soul, that captivates audiences with infectious grooves and powerful vocals creating unforgettable live experiences! Fronted by the amazing Kimberley Grae, who is a songwriter and recording artist in her own right, we are a hugely. experienced, professional and lively Surrey based 6 piece covers band, We know how to create a great vibe that keeps everyone dancing. You will also find that we are very easy to deal with and will make sure we do everything possible to make your the whole experience of working with us stress free! We’re happy to have as many conversations as you need to help you prepare in the run up to your event. We will also make sure our setting up and sound checking process is as unobtrusive as possible. We’ve each of us spent many years in various bands entertaining people in various countries and in every type of venue on sea and land! We are all particularly experienced at playing functions and private parties (whether they be weddings, birthday parties, corporate events or any other kinds of celebration!). We tend to focus on playing pop, rock, soul and disco classics in our set with a strong emphasis on songs that audiences love to party and dance to. But we are always very happy to build a set list to suit your requirements which might be more gentle and laid back - or more uptempo and danceable - or a wonderful combination of the two! We’re very happy to learn a special tune for our customers to help make your occasion more individual and special for you. We absolutely love what we do – playing great music extremely well, whilst enjoying ourselves and making sure our audiences do the same!

MY WIFE AND I HAD THE GREAT FORTUNE OF FINDING THE KIMBERLEY GRAE BAND THROUGH AN INTERNET SEARCH AND WE BOOKED THE BAND FOR A CHARITY “DO” IN OUR GARDEN IN PIRBRIGHT, SURREY. I LIAISED WITH SIMON BENNETT THE BAND LEADER AND HE VISITED OUR GARDEN TO SEE THE SET UP BEFOREHAND AND WE REMAINED IN CONTACT THROUGHOUT AND UP TO THE “DO”. MY GIG IN THE GARDEN 12TH JULY 2025 REVIEW: ALL IN THE BAND ARE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND BRILLIANT ARTISTS/MUSICIANS. THEY ARRIVED PROMPTLY TO SET UP IN GOOD TIME FOR THE “DO”. THE MUSIC WAS BRILLIANT AND MANY, MANY GUESTS REMARKED THAT THEY WERE THE BEST BAND THEY HAD SEEN FOR AGES. THEIR SET LIST COVERED A GREAT MANY POP AND ROCK CLASSICS AS WELL AS A FEW TRACKS MUSIC NERDS SUCH AS MYSELF HADN’T HEARD IN AGES. A GOOD HANDFUL OF GUESTS TOOK THE BANDS BUSINESS CARD AND I AM SURE THEY WILL GET SOME OTHER BOOKINGS FROM THEM. Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Yes definitely.

Do you have different line-up options?

We have one line up option which is a 6 piece consisting of lead vocal, keyboard, bass, drums and two guitarists. We find that line up makes sure we can play our music in the best, most enjoyable way.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Not a problem - they quite often do. Let us know in advance if you can, but we also recognise that, particularly for weddings, timings can change on the day. We’ll work with our customers on that.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes we can. Either a playlist of our choosing or one the customer provides, typically on a mobile phone or an iPad.

How much time do you need to set up?

We like to allow 90 minutes to set up.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes you can no problem. Some customers like to choose songs and some prefer to just leave it to us. We’re totally happy either way.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes it is.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes we can. We’re always happy to learn a special song for our customers. at no extra charge.
