Joe was fantastic, this was my 1st attempt at live music in the pub and I could not have picked a better musician to start it off. Joe has a wide range of songs and was open to requests. He had the customers up dancing and singing along and stayed calm and professional when a few got a bit to close and decided it was a karaoke night. Great night, great music, great voice, GREAT cover of Alicia keys "new York" (I recommend you request this if you book Joe) and great bloke. Joe you are more than welcome back anytime

Joe was excellent all round! Really nice guy and easy to deal with, but perhaps most importantly an amazing guitarist! He helped to create a great atmosphere at our party and I (plus all the guests) would 100% recommend him. Many thanks again Joe!

We booked Joe for our company summer party and we were all so impressed. Joe was really professional, but also super friendly and easy to chat to. He started the afternoon with some chilled songs whilst people were eating, then picked up the tempo after everyone had had a few cocktails! Thank you so much Joe, you really added something special to our party and I will definitely be in touch for future events.

We've been booking Joe to play on Saturdays for the last two summers. He's a great live performer, easy to deal with, and always has fun with the crowd. Highly recommended!

Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

If timings change a small amount, it's easy for me to be flexible on timings! If it's a few hours change or more it would require more than a week's notice but would hopefully not be an issue.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

I can continue to play music through my PA in-between sets if you like! Any additional music after the performance can be negotiated at ad hoc rates.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually arrive at the venue 1 hour before performance time just in case of any issues, but it will often take me 30 minutes to set up.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

I try to play what I consider to be my best setlist! However I'm very flexible and happy to discuss any songs you might like to add in from my list.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

I can supply everything from instruments to full PA.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

I can learn songs in advance but I would usually charge £30 for a specific request, unless it's something I happen to know well already (which sometimes happens too).
