Hi! I'm Jake, a Lincoln based acoustic guitarist. I play finger style guitar, which is a style used by many to replicate both the music and lyrics just on one guitar! I cover a range of popular songs (old to new) in this style and it creates a beautiful atmosphere especially for daytime events such as ceremonies. It is also perfect for function events that need that extra element as people mingle, whilst also not overpowering the event. I have been playing guitar for over 20 years and have performed on many stages around the world playing at various festival's and corporate events. Having Jake play at our ceremony was a great addition to the day. He did a fantastic job adapting some of our favourite songs into his fingerpicking style which suited the ceremony perfectly whilst also making it feel very unique and personal to us. Great communication in the lead up and a really nice guy. Would highly recommend!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try my best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just drop me a message to let me know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and I actually offer this service for free.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually need 30-45 minute to set up and soundcheck. As soon as my PA is set up I can provide soft background music.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Yes! I also offer 5 special request songs so you can choose your favourite songs for me to play for you.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes!
