That’s how Faith describes herself as a DJ. Never afraid to go too deep, her infectious musical selections are her own therapy. Having grown up surrounded by a combination of percussion, Afro-culture and dance … all which became infused with her own love for both hip-hop, afrobeats/dancehall and r&b, Faith ended up with quite a mixed spectrum of musical influence. Today, this translates into sets where she picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of this music that she loves best: beautiful synth work, nostalgic backdrops, funky basslines, and occasional vocal hooks… all on top of a pronounced foot-shuffling beat. A very active member of her local community, Faith is no stranger to the ups-and-downs of a small-town music scene. Though she loves playing in nightclubs and small events, her love for music goes beyond the spectrum of mixing tunes.
