What do your clients love most about your performances?
We are professional-looking, are friendly and welcoming to guests who would like to ask for their favourite piece (if we have it in our repertoire!). We are incredibly versatile with our selection of classical, jazz and more contemporary pieces.
Do you have different line-up options?
Our quartet line-up is 2 x violins, 1 x viola and 1 x cello. If your budget or venue is smaller, we can offer a trio for up to 2 hours.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We always try our best to accommodate any alterations to timings. We always encourage clients to book a little extra time for any moments on the day that overrun. Should events on the day overrun and we haven't been booked for the time, please speak to us as we may be able to be flexible, but are not obligated, subject to additional costs.
How much time do you need to set up?
We usually arrive around 30 - 45 minutes before we are to start playing.
Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?
We will happily let couples choose their ceremony music. We also invite clients to choose a small selection of pieces for their event. Having performed at 1000+ events, we have learned what best suits all tastes.
Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?
We bring our own acoustic instruments, stands and music. We simply require shade (from the elements!), soft refreshments and 4 armless chairs to be set up where the client/venue recommend
Can you learn specific pieces before the event?
If you would like a specific song that we don't already have, we will see if we can source a string quartet arrangement. 1 free piece per event. Additional pieces will be charged. Given enough notice, we could potentially also have a quartet arrangement made (£60 fee).
