Emma Lauran

Inspired by the likes of Jessie Ware, Ellie Goulding and Joni Mitchell, Emma has a spirit about her that is infectious and a bravery in her voice that can hush a crowd. Emerging from Exeter's vibrant music scene in the South West, she immersed herself in performing, writing and fashioning her own brand of heartfelt, determined pop that sounds as fragile as it does emphatic. Moving to London, Emma gained momentum as an artist, collaborating with producers, gigging regularly, and releasing music on Spotify, with an acoustic cover of Moloko's 'The Time is Now' played on Love Island. During the pandemic, Emma relocated to New Zealand with her partner in search of a new adventure, where she played at various venues from lively bars to serene vineyard weddings. Emma is currently back in the South West and available for hire for a range of private functions such as weddings, birthdays, intimate gatherings and proposals.
