World-touring international award-winning singer-songwriter Dan Olsen is based in London, U.K - his style is best described as 'acoustic pop'. Expect songs from Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ed Sheeran, Bill Withers, Maroon 5, Jack Johnson, etc., and originals if you like! After moving to Australia to study, Dan fell in love with writing and performing, Dan decided to move to move back to Europe and swapped Sydney for London where he's been based since 2016, performing mostly solo (guitar, vocals and foot percussion), and sometimes with a percussionist (drummer). As an artist, he's toured the world, gained millions of streams online, and written with multiple Grammy and Brit award winners.

Dan played at my 30th birthday in London and he absolutely blew the roof off. People were dancing and singing along late into the night. He took some requests too on the night which my friends and family were loving. Can highly recommend him as a performer, and he's also super professional and easy to work with. I've since started following him, and he's got some really good music that I've added to my playlist.

My family and I had the amazing pleasure to have Dan performing for us on 3 family events. Dan is a very talented musician with a very wide selection of modern tunes. He has an album full of harmonious and catchy songs. Dan has the amazing ability to compose his own music which he should be very proud. I have become a keen fan of Dan’s music and I look forward to having him again at home for an exclusive concert. My favourite songs from his album are What I like, Here with me, Hold you tonight, Be myself and many more. I love the videos as well. Anyone who is organising a special family/friends gathering would not regret having Dan to entertain with his voice and guitar. He is a hidden gem.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try my best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run-up to the event just let me know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and I offer this service for free. Just let me know in advance.

How much time do you need to set up?

I need about 25 minutes for setting up. I like to arrive 45 minutes before the start. Let me know what works for you.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

My set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However, I'm definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, absolutely! I bring my own instrument and PA-system.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

If a song isn't included in my song list there may still be a chance I already know it. If there is a special song you'd like me to learn I'm happy to do this for you. There is a fee of £30 for this service to take into account rehearsal times etc.
