Hi! If you are reading this, you probably came across us and are interested in us. We are Charlotte and Niall, where sensational songstress meets guitar guru, a dynamic acoustic duo crafting soulful melodies with jazz harmony. We are both musicians living in Liverpool, with a love for performing. Having both studied at The Liverpool Institute for performing Arts, our musical surroundings have led to us developing a passion for soul and jazz. For us, music brings a great sense of joy. We have our own individual projects aside from ‘Charlotte and Niall’ which we pour our craft into. This has allowed us to travel and play in some incredible venues such as The Barbican and The Ned to name a couple. We take this knowledge into crafting the perfect set for your day! If we can bring that happiness we feel when playing music to your wedding/ event we will have achieved what we set out to do.

Wow just wow. Charlotte and Niall performed at a large charity event I had organised and were fabulous. Charlotte has the most beautiful, soulful voice and was accompanied by Niall on his guitar which complimented her voice perfectly. I had requested a few songs to be sung and Charlotte and Niall did not dissapoint. They covered them brilliantly in their own unique style. They interacted really well with the audience and everyone was messaging me afterwards to say how great they were. I’m sure their amazing performance helped us to raise way more than we ever expected. I can’t recommend or thank them enough. Thank you ❤️

I had the privilege of discovering Charlotte and Niall at a bar in Chester. There is nothing better on a Sunday afternoon than listening to live music with such an exceptionally soulful singer and equally amazing guitarist. Charlotte and Niall clearly had a great rapport with each other and were happy to chat with clients in the bar who were equally as impressed and wanted to get more information from them.

Customer questions

Do you have different line-up options?

Unfortunately we don't. Our line up is as follows; 1 vocalist and 1 acoustic guitar.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We are fairly flexible with timing changes. Obviously there are some situations where timing changes are not doable for example if we have specific travel times booked, so we require a minimum of 2 weeks notice of any timing changes.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes we can. We have playlists cultivated that we can play in between sets.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually require 1 - 1.5 hours to set up before the performance time, just to make sure everything is working ok!

Can you roam around while you perform?

Unfortunately we cannot due to us being an acoustic act and needing to be plugged in using wires... otherwise people could trip and it could get a little bit messy!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We have a selection of playlists to choose from; jazz (jazz standards), soul (a mixture of timeless classics and modern soul ranging from Aretha Franklin to Olivia Dean), or a combination of the two. Any additional songs are £20 per song.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

We do not have a lighting system, and a PA at the venue is ideal, however if not, we can provide our own. This is included in our quote.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If there is a special song you'd like us to learn that isn’t in our setlist, we are happy to do this for you for a fee of £20 per additional song (to take into account rehearsal times)
