Acoustic Soul Sessions are a duo comprising of female vocals and guitar. They are suitable for any occasion being able to play a varied repertoire of music from old school classic soul/jazz to reworked contemporary pop tunes. The music is primarily soul based but they cover tunes from Kings of Leon to Adele! These talented musicians have played for royalty and have performed at many high profile venues such as: London Olympic Park – 2012 Closing Ceremony Roundhouse Royal Albert Hall O2 London Top London hotels (The Dorchester, Hilton Hotel, Landmark Hotel) They have also individually backed many named artists such as Ariana Grande, Plan B, Joss Stone, Muse, Take That and The Who to name but a few. As well as playing for some high profile artists and appearing on TV programmes such as Britain’s Got Talent, X Factor and This Morning. They regularly play jazz lunches, live music events, top class restaurants, corporate events and wedding dinners as well as various private functions across the country.

Acoustic Duo were fantastic in so many ways, and made our engagement party most memorable. Simone’s voice was beautiful and she had the party tapping along as they ate and dancing along as the evening stretched out. We all had such a lovely time. Thanks again!

I first saw Simone sing at one Saturday night and was incredibly impressed by her voice and performance in such a crowded bar. I saw her again a few weeks later and I can honestly say she's the best live singer I've ever seen. I asked Simone if she would be interested at singing at my birthday party in Edinburgh in a few months time and she agreed. It was a wonderful party made all the more special by the fact that Simone had travelled all the way up to Edinburgh to sing some of my favourite songs in front of my family and friends. She's a wonderful artist and entertained the crowd throughout the night and got everyone up dancing. Very professional and experienced with a beautiful soulful voice and she knows exactly what music to play between sets to keep the party going. She's so good in fact I've just booked her for my wedding next year and can't wait to hear her sing again. Highly recommend Simone for a really special voice and performance.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 hour before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!”

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, absolutely! I bring all the correct equipment we need to perform

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you. There is a fee of £30 for this service to take into account rehearsal times etc.
