25 year old Freelance drummer, Passionate of music, has a masters from the Royal Northern College of Music, and experience on the West End.

I started playing drums at the age of 14 and as soon as I sat down at the kit I knew it was something I was going to do for the rest of my life. From playing drums I became obsessed with music which lead me to study a BA in music at Newcastle university, where I graduated with a 1st class honours degree in 2018. From there I have gone to study a masters at The Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM) to sharpen my skills. Whilst studying I have been a part of several bands ranging from swing function bands to a alternative rock originals band. I have also taken part in a number of musicals and held the drum chair on many, including Bonnie & Clyde on the West End, Choir of Man in their American residency in Cleveland Ohio and What’s New Pussycat the original Tom Jones musical at the Birmingham rep. Due to the range of gear I have collected and the education I have undertaken I have the tools to play a variety of styles in a variety of settings. But the most important thing to me in performance is a love for the music you are playing, which is something I think I always have in abundance.

Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try to allow extra time when I'm booked incase of any time changes and I will always try to be as flexible as I can be. If timings change in the lead up to the event just let me know as soon as.

How much time do you need to set up?

I like to give myself about an hour to set up.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

I'm using this platform to come in as a dep on gigs so more than happy to be told what to play, what to do.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?
