Wisteria Quartet are an award-winning saxophone quartet based in the North of England. Wisteria Quartet are a versatile ensemble, ideal for providing musical entertainment for any occasion, ranging from weddings to corporate events and much more. With an extensive repertoire that spans across many musical genres, Wisteria ensure that every performance is tailored to suit the individual client’s needs. We can provide classy pop music, swing, jazz and classical. If you are after something more upbeat, we add a drummer to our line-up and transform into Purple Cosmos. What do your clients love most about your performances?

Clients love the classy atmosphere we can provide for their event. Reminiscent of a string quartet but with the extra special sound of saxes!

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes, we can perform as our standard quartet as well as a trio or duo. For a more upbeat, evening performance we add a drummer to our line-up!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know and we will try and sort it out as best as we can.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We can provide this if your venue has a PA. As we do not need a PA for our usual set, we cannot provide out own.

How much time do you need to set up?

We don't need long to set up at all. 30 mins would be a great amount of time for us to set up and get warmed up ready to play!

Can you roam around while you perform?

We usually perform static as we require music stands. If you have any special requirements about us moving around while playing, just get in touch and we will see what we can do.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes of course! We have an extensive repertoire list from which we pick the tunes that will suit your event best. We would love to chat with you about what your favourite songs are and what you definitely want to hear.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

We do not require PA and lighting for our performance.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you. We will do two of these for free as we are grateful for these suggestions to be expanding our repertoire. Please give us plenty of notice for these requests!
