Music has always been a part of my life, I use it to escape and release. Playing live allows me to use it to connect with people and with that I love it. I like to read the room, there is time for classic sing alongs and time for slower songs. I have a guitar + loop pedal set-up which really fills the room out when turned up. I will give it my all regardless of if I am booked for a 200+ capacity venue on a weekend or an emptied pub on a Sunday. My set will vary in these situation but my enthusiasm stays constant.

Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I try my best to be flexible, if the timings have changed slightly just let me know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Unfortunately not.

How much time do you need to set up?

I will usually set up 1 hour before the event. The set-up takes me around 10 minutes, any unexpected complications e.g. travel blockages/delays are factored in with the hour timing. I then check the sound levels and make sure it is the right level.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Yes, I usually take a few requests from the crowd. I'll gauge the room to decide what songs I shall play next.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, I bring a PA speaker, instruments and an extension cable for power.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

If a song isn't included in my song list there may still be a chance I already know it. If there is a special song you'd like me to learn I am happy to do this for you.
