I’m Britt, the singer behind Vocals by Britt, based in Liverpool and performing at weddings and events across the UK. I’m a professionally trained vocalist with a First Class BA (Hons) in Music Performance and a Master’s Degree in Popular Music from the University of Chester, with years of experience performing at weddings, private events, corporate functions, hotels, bars and venues across the country. Weddings are very much my speciality. I provide live music for every part of the day, including ceremonies, drinks receptions, wedding breakfasts, first dances and evening guest arrival sets. Every booking is tailored around the couple, their music taste and the atmosphere they want to create. My repertoire includes more than 500 songs across pop, soul, Motown, country, indie, rock, 90s and 00s favourites, alongside plenty of less obvious choices. I love taking songs that might not immediately feel “weddingy” and reworking them into something that fits the moment, whether that means stripping back an unexpected aisle song or building a lively set full of nostalgic favourites. Couples deal directly with me from the first enquiry through to the wedding day, with no agency or handover in between. I also take care of the practical side of things, including venue liaison, timings, setup, soundcheck, PAT and PLI requirements, so everything is organised well in advance. Outside of weddings, I also perform for corporate events, private parties, restaurants, hotels, retail events and care homes. Sets can be relaxed and acoustic or upbeat and party-focused depending on the event. I perform solo with professional backing tracks, and duo or full-band options are also available for clients looking for something bigger. The most important thing to me is that the music feels personal rather than like the same setlist being repeated from one event to the next. Whether you want something soft and elegant, fun and nostalgic, or full of energy, I’ll shape the music around your plans and your crowd. From weddings and private parties to holiday parks, pubs, and bars, I’ve had the privilege of entertaining a wide range of audiences. My experience includes performing with function bands and as a solo artist, giving me the ability to adapt to any setting – whether it’s an intimate acoustic set or a lively party atmosphere. What I love most about performing is the connection music creates. Being part of someone’s special day, whether it’s a wedding or another celebration, is an honour I don’t take lightly. I pride myself on delivering tailored performances, from heartfelt ballads during a ceremony to upbeat songs that get everyone dancing. I offer a diverse repertoire, spanning pop, rock, acoustic favourites, and more. My goal is to create memorable moments through music, working closely with clients to ensure their vision comes to life.
