Viola is an Italian cellist based in Manchester. She recently graduated with a First-Class Master’s degree from the Royal Northern College of Music, supported by the Margaret Allen Cello Award, after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Edinburgh. A dedicated ensemble musician, she has performed at festivals including Mourne Chamber Music Festival, Dartington, Buxton International Festival, and Manchester Classical, as well as internationally at the Vienna World Orchestra Festival, Berlin Opera Academy, and Cantiere Internazionale d’Arte. Viola is a Benedetti Foundation Ambassador and collaborates regularly with the Liverpool Philharmonic’s education projects. She is also co-founder of Cellos for Change, a collective of musicians, which brings music-making to displaced and marginalised communities, and has undertaken an artistic residency in music for SEND schools with Jessie’s Fund.

Viola performed at our corporate dinner in Tuscany, providing beautiful classical music, including pieces by Vivaldi, Morricone and other Italian composers. She was very professional and created a lovely atmosphere for the evening. Her music was a wonderful addition to the event, and we would happily recommend her!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try my best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run-up to the event, just let me know.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 30 minutes before the performance time

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, absolutely! I bring my own instrument to play acoustically, and can provide a pickup mic and interface for electric performances
