Victor is a Senior Fellow of the North and Midlands School of Music (FNMSM), has a Certificate in Sacred Music Studies from the Royal School of Church Music (Cert RSCM), a Fellow of the Academy of St Cecilia (FASC) and a Licentiate of the Guild of Musicians and Singers (LGMS). He is a member of the Incorporated Society of Musicians, a Consultant to the Sussex Area Committee of the Royal School of Church Music and a member of the Brighton and District Organists Association. Victor is Organist and Director of Music of Eastbourne Parish Church, St Mary the Virgin - Old Town, the ancient Parish and Civic Church of Eastbourne, which supports a full choral tradition, and Chapel Organist at Bede's Preparatory School. He is an experienced choral workshop leader using both sacred and secular, classical and popular repertoire. His research interests include the development of early Roman Oratorio with a particular interest in both the performance practice of Italian Renaissance music and the Counter-Reformation forces which influenced its development and spread throughout Europe. From this he developed an interest in both playing and restoring harpsichords. Whilst he tends to steer away from the more atonal contemporary music he believes that repertoire should move forward with culture and that, where not expressly targeted, program planning should embrace works by living or contemporary composers. He directs the daytime community choir, Seaside Harmonies. Victor is available as a freelance organist, organ recitalist, choral conductor and workshop leader.

May I take this opportunity of saying how grateful I am for the way in which you've sustained the musical programme here.... and how appreciated all you have done has been by so many people including myself.
