I spent the majority of the evening just a few feet from the stage. Sitting on the floor directly in front of Veronica, I contorted my frame to get the best angles… But as the evening descended upon me and train times inched closer to final journeys, I snuck away to pack my things and evade the rush to return to London. From the back of the venue, it became clear: the room was engulfed by Veronica’s musical starpower and irrevocably intoxicating stage presence.

Veronica certainly impressed me, a really cool tight band, that spooky vibe going on, but darkly funny at the same time. Her vocals are unbelievable, totally capturing your attention, haunting stuff indeed. I look forward to the scary album out for Halloween.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

My clients love the vibes I bring; I get into the song and make everyone feel the music, but I can also be quite entertaining and funny. I am versatile so I can also stick to playing the song if that's what you are looking for!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

In Brighton: ALPHABET, The Folklore Rooms, Daltons, Green Door Store, Bella Union, The Prince Albert. In London: Troubadour, Paper Dress Vintage, 93 Feet East, The Amersham Arms, The Camden Club, Strongroom, Servant Jazz Quarters, The Finsbury, The Green Note, Sebright Arms, Dollhouse. Festivals: DedFest, FansOut, Saunders Park Fest.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

The most high profile gig I've performed at was at 93 Feet East (1000 capacity) for a corporate event for the launch of an app called Freddie.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

If you’d like music played through our PA system after the final live set until the venue closes, we can provide a DJ-style service for just an additional £100.

How much time do you need to set up?

I am quite quick, I can get set up in around 30 minutes.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Absolutely! I can play any song from the list.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

I can bring all of my instruments, and I offer an additional add-on if you need me to bring a PA.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

I am happy to talk about the songs, and I offer add-ons if you have any specific songs you'd like me to play.
